UK Misses Wait Time Targets

As we debate the merits of health care wait time guarantees in Canada the UK is reporting failing grades with their own wait times. As I've previously posted, I'm not a fan of guarantees. I believe the desire to retain funding by meeting the demands fosters deceit by the providers. I also believe it alienates providers as the ability to meet the demands is largely out of their hands.
